Watch Out for the Hidden Sugars!

Do you recognize every sugar in the food you're eating?  Each of the following ingredients are considered added sugars and may contribute to blood sugar and insulin problems:

>   Evaporated cane juice

>   High-fructose corn syrup

>   Sucrose (table sugar or white sugar)

>   Invert sugar

>   Molasses

>   Beet sugar

>   Brown sugar

>   Cane sugar

>   Confectioner's sugar

>   Dextrose Raw sugar

>   Honey

>   Turbinado sugar

>   Crystallized cane juice
